Lock Extensions are allowed on unexpired (active) locks only. All lock extensions must be requested by emailing the lock desk during normal business hours on or before the lock expiration date. There is no limit on the number of extensions, not to exceed a total of an additional 45 calendar days. After 45 days worse case pricing will apply. Lock Extension Fees: Extensions are based on calendar days and are available at a cost of .020 per day. NOTE: • Extensions are calendar days. Extensions that fall on a weekend or holiday will automatically move forward to the next business day at an additional cost of .020 per day. • Certain programs such as ARMs, Jumbo, DPA, Bond and Non-QM may be subject to additional extension restrictions or price adjustments.

Relocks are available only on expired locks. The loan must be in an UW Approved or greater status. Relocks are subject to worse case pricing, which is determined by comparing: • The original final price (including any previously applied extension and/or relock fees), and • The current market final price for the selected relock term. The new pricing is based on worse case pricing. The worse of the two prices will apply, plus the applicable relock fee: Relock Fee 15 Day Relock 30 Day Relock 0.125 0.250 Worse case pricing may apply in the following instances (including by not limited to): • The loan was locked incorrectly due to program restrictions. • The loan is locked with an incorrect address. • The lock has expired, and it has been less than 30 calendar days since expiration. • The lock has been cancelled/withdrawn, and it has been less than 30 days since cancellation. • A lock is extended beyond the maximum allowed period of 45 days. • Any other changes to the loan that result in alterations to the loan’s security or coupon. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since the lock expiration or cancellation date, the lock can be re-locked at current market pricing without any relock fees. NOTE: Certain programs such as ARMs, Jumbo, DPA, Bond and Non-QM may be subject to additional relock restriction or price adjustments.
